Forest Bathing at the beach -- Dec. 18

Go Forest Bathing and Sand Dollar Boat Tours are introducing forest bathing wellness programs on the beach in the Ten Thousand Islands. Guests will depart from San Marco Marina in Goodland for a 20-minute boat ride to a barrier island. The 90-minute nature-based forest bathing will include immersive experiences with the sand and water.

Forest bathing is a time of relaxation and stress relief that can be done in many nature spaces.
